Summer Expedition
A self-directed summer for homeschool kids — built to grow routine, self-motivation, and a little friendly peer encouragement, with very little hovering from parents.
Over 10 weeks, each kid builds a simple daily rhythm and chips away at one big personal goal. Show up consistently — or finish the goal — and they earn a spot at an end-of-summer celebration at Big Bear Lake.
A daily loop
One activity from each of five areas — Faith, Mind, Body, Create, and Work — done at the kid's own pace, with a quick check-in and a short journal to bookend the day.
One big goal
Each kid picks a “Big Hairy Audacious Goal” for the summer, broken into small weekly milestones so it never feels overwhelming.
Friends, cheering
A shared activity feed lets kids celebrate each other's badges and milestones — encouragement, not competition.
Big Bear payoff
The reward is real: a trip to Big Bear Lake, earned by finishing the big goal or by showing up day after day.
After a short setup together at the start, the program mostly runs itself. You approve the occasional badge, mark planned absences for trips, and cheer your kid on at the finish. That's it.
A sneak peek
Take a sneak peek into what your kid will see the first time they log in — a short welcome flow that walks them through the program, no parent needed. Step through it, and tap any screen to take a closer look.
A warm hello, plus how many friends have already started.
